Cindy Meadows

Cindy Meadows was born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, where her love of nature, lakes, and quiet reflection began early in life. In her mid-thirties, she earned her Associate in Arts on a scholarship in Creative Writing and Journalism and wrote for her college newspaper. She later went on to receive her BA in Psychology and Communication. Cindy never stopped writing, and over the years, she continued filling notebooks and contributing journalism to a local newspaper. She is also a Certified Practitioner of EME Integration Level 1 and enjoys life coaching, where she supports clients in moving toward deeper healing, growth, and understanding. Her work is grounded in compassion, honesty, and the belief that healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and supported.

Through her work, she hopes to encourage children and parents alike, offering comfort, insight, and the reminder that a curious mind can find connection and peace in nature. Her writing also carries a gentle sense of humor that brings warmth to her story. When she is not writing, Cindy enjoys painting watercolors, spending time with family and friends, and sharing quiet moments with her cat.
